Monetary Penalty

On January 29, 2025, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), Donna Simone Marie Revet (“Revet”) and Joseph William Hewitt (“Hewitt”) were issued a monetary penalty, jointly and severally, in a daily amount of $234, to a maximum of $7,000, for each day that passes until the demands contained in the Amended Compliance Order 19-0010-1 (the “ACO”) have been satisfied.
