Monetary Penalty

On March 6, 2014, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), Trevor Lee Mosher (“Mosher”), was issued a monetary penalty in a daily amount of $165, to a maximum of $4,950, for each day that passes until the demands contained in Compliance Order 13-0001 have been satisfied. This Monetary Penalty was issued for the following reasons:

On May 28, 2013, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), Weston Albertson (“W. Albertson”) and Melissa Albertson (“M. Albertson”) (together, the “Albertsons”), jointly and severally, were issued a monetary penalty in the daily amount of $105, to a maximum of $3,150, for each day that passes until the demands contained in Compliance Order 10-0017 have been satisfied. On March 3, 2016, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(b) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”),Wild West Log Homes Ltd. (“WWLHL”) and Todagin Russel Hodson (“Hodson”), jointly and severally, were issued a monetary penalty in a daily amount of $220, to a maximum of $6,600, for each day that passes until the demands contained in Compliance Order 15-0010 (“CO”) have been satisfied. On March 22, 2012, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), William Bland (“Bland”) and Lucas DeCicco (“DeCicco”), were issued a monetary penalty, jointly and severely, in the daily amount of $385, to a maximum of $15,400, for each day that passes until the demands contained in Compliance Order 09-0009 have been satisfied. On August 26, 2011, pursuant to s. 28.3(1)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), s. 20.1(2)(b) and s. 20.1(2)(f) of the Homeowner Protection Act Regulation (the “Regulations”), William Michael Deacon (“W.
