(the “New Home”) in, or around, 2012 without being a Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance provided by a warranty provider.
Rhett Christopher Peterson (“R. Peterson”) and Alison Leah Peterson (“A. Peterson”) (together, the “Petersons”), contrary to section 21(2)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), regarding a new home in Dawson Creek, B.C. (the “New Home”), for which an Owner Builder Authorization (“OBA”) had been issued, sold the New Home on, or around, February 28, 2012, without providing a Disclosure Notice for the New Home to the purchasers of the New Home.
Richard Boonstra (“Boonstra”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), commenced, or caused to have commenced, construction on a new home in Telkwa, BC (the “New Home”), sometime prior to October 5, 2023, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider. (the “New Home”), during the period of February 02, 2007, and April 19, 2012, without being an Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being covered by home warranty insurance.

Robert Carnduff (“Carnduff”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “ Act”), built a new home in Central Saanich, B.C., (the “New Home”) between sometime before May 27, 2011 and March 27, 2012, without being a Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being covered by a policy of home warranty insurance.
Robert James Weeks (“Weeks”) and Martha Trinh Tran (“Tran”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built a new home on Hornby Island, B.C. (the “New Home”), during the period of July 16, 2009 and April 13, 2012, without being a Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being covered by a policy of home warranty insurance.
